How do I view legal services?
The role of a (legal) advisor is more than a mandatory stop or halt.
I want to facilitate, think along, support. I am a real partner, who comes up with solutions and concrete advice. I am also happy to be there for you as a sounding board and coach.
My approach is characterized by thinking outside the box and providing new ideas and solutions. I guarantee reasoned, useful and reliable advice.

"Tendering procedures and the associated formalities are not an end in themselves, but a means to realize projects and growth!"
After ten years of experience in government procurement, I know that many governments and entrepreneurs struggle with the complexity of legislation and its practical application.
Tender procedures are often unnecessarily complicated because governments do not know how to simplify them, or because they have simply grown that way. Many purchasing departments are understaffed and over-requested, which often leaves no time for further optimization.
My years of experience, at both ends of the spectrum, and as both a lawyer and a corporate lawyer, enable me to quickly ask the right questions and analyse the situation and assess risks.
Civil servants, lawyers, employees of government institutions do not always know how to interpret or apply the legislation correctly. The legislation and the jurisprudence change quickly and the practice can sometimes barely keep up. By clarifying the legislation, I want to show that you can also approach tenders in a different way.
Tender procedures and the associated formalities are not an end in themselves, but a means to realize projects! Let us keep it as simple as possible.
And legal advice doesn't have to be woolly, it should enable you to move forward on your own and determine your next steps.
Entrepreneurs are busy with their business and operations, which means they do not have the time to thoroughly review all the contract documents and prepare their quotation thoroughly. They also do not always know what their rights and obligations are when working for the government. I want to help them. I want to make government contracts truly accessible to entrepreneurs and give them the tools to successfully obtain and execute government contracts.
